Sorted on the spot
Most jobs finish there and then. If it needs the workshop, we take it in ourselves.
Or we collect it, free of charge
If the problem is something you can move — a phone, a laptop, a console — there is no need to wait in for a technician: we send a courier to collect it from the address you give us, at no cost.
It reaches the workshop, we open it, and we call you with the result and the price. You decide: we repair it, you collect it as it was, or we send it back for a €10 contribution towards postage.
An on-site visit makes more sense for networks, printers, desktop setups and anything that cannot simply be unplugged and carried away.
